The Mrzácké války (the Crippels Wars) is a wooden battle organized in the area of the former rocket base of Bratronice. The units of The Unity and The Orphans have clashed for the second time.
The post-apocalyptic setting of the event comes from The World After The Fall (czech: Svět po Pádu). The World After The Fall is a phenomenal world that hardly remembers what it was like before The Fall. No one knows for sure what it was like before or exactly what The Fall really was. But what everyone know - today is everywhere The Dirt that kills and distorts all living ...
For the second time this year I went to Siberia. For the second time this year I spent with Czechoslovak Legionaries their stories, joys and sorrows. For the second time this year, I reminded the title song of the LARP that I love after all these three years. And in a next year I'm going to Siberie again!
It offered me the opportunity to shoot on a beta test of the new horror LARP Opus Magnum. And I must say that I do not remember whether such darkness. Darkness, which gave the game a unique atmosphere!

The second year of a unique postapo Festival - the first festival of its kind in Europe! Former missile base Bratronice so for a long weekend became a place where they met fans of the post-apocalyptic world. There were concerts, lectures, workshops, larps and much more. This year even arrived and participants from abroad.
I am proud of what was created. The whole festival was organized with love and care by a group of about 30 people. I applaud them all and thank you, that I could participate in this great project as well.
For the first time I have particopated as a 100% photographer. Previously, I always played or played and photographed at the same time. Now I feel, that the next year it will be the same. After all, B5A was just my first larp event I've ever been. It's hard to live without it.
Never Let Me Go is a LARP, which we know four years. It's one of the best chamber LARPs which we have here. If you have not played it yet, do it!

War of the Ring is a new larp created by association Rolling, which you will already be familiar with. As you may have guessed already, War of the Ring is wooden-larp-battle that takes place in Middle-earth. On the battlefield is so classically clashed armies of Rohan, Gondor and the Combined armies of the north against the army of Mordor, the Army of the White Hand and hordes of the East.

Metroplex is a post-apocalyptic Prague festival, which took place in the underground of the Holešovice market. It was a unique weekend - music, parties, lectures, arts, fashion show and bazaar. If you hesitated whether to arrive next time, I recommend it!

Well-expected premiere of the film in Prague Bio Oko was worth it and I wasn't disappointed. Greate atmosphere, nice costumes of some participants and decoration, which organizers have prepared for us.

After a two years break, I got back on Slarker - LARP, which is played throughout the whole week and is situated in military area. In addition, this year was even completed one big storyline. This storyline took the last several years to be completed! Yeah, it was nice to meet familiar faces again and return to the Zone.
In the summer of 2014, I was on an international architectural course on Canary Islands where I met two wonderful people. Now, after one year the time has come when we have all three (+ Hedgehog) came together in one place the whole weekend !!!
"GameCon- the biggest festival of non-PC games"
Yes, this is the whole name of the event, which I attended and enjoyed a lot. And I must say that there was no chance to see everything I'd like. GameCon was literally crowded with awesome activities and it was hard to choose which I'd like attended.
Junktown the newly formed festival dedicated to everything that is hidden under the label "post-apo." This genre or style found its way to music, movies, photographs, paintings, larps and beyond. The Junktown festival then all these stuff collected at one place. Screening of the many post-apo films or hardcore music were commonplace. Then welcome addition to the need to snack of fried bugs (I tasted most of crickets). Then I could not miss even a proper larp battle or cruel postapocalyptic sport - jugger.
Ii was the first time I have got to this mini-larp-festival. Everyone was talking about, that HZNMcon is full of great people, friendly atmosphere and good mood. And I learned a very important thing - it's all true. :-)

In past when someone walked into the war, it was common to make a photo portrait - memorie for the family. To remember, who are on the front line fighting and risking their lives. I have used the photos to describe each character, and I believe that for some it worked perfectly.

This fifth in a series of the Columns has finally become the first to which I managed to arrive. The event is set as the post-apocalyptic zombie survival LARP, so there is a lot of hungry zombies that you want to eat the survivals. Everyone (including me) had to watch his back!
A year has gone by and was again time to visit the castle Tocnik and Gothic LARP. Unfortunately, I arrived just for one day and that day I was totally sick. I hope that I still managed to shoot enough photos that will make you happy. This year of Gothic LARP was much better than previous years. So this year Gothic LARP deserves a proper amount of photos that would capture it in all its glory.

Decay is a new event that appeared on our post-apocalyptic larp scene. Decay was an all-weekend event that included night fighting and attacks of the infected. Among other things, the game was improved by the uncompromising attacks of the invaders with their infernal machines (of course, I'm talking about czech larpgoup called Riders).
After a long time I finally got back to the LARP inspired by the world of Fallout. And according to my expectations it was worth it! There in Czech republic is not better LARP inspired by world of Fallout. Beautiful costumes, props, monsters, major storyline and minor personal storylines - it was all there. In next year I will be there again!
Very unusual larp setted on the idea of large international summits. But here we are on the planet Astaka, which is located in another solar system, where a small portion of mankind escaped from Earth from the rule of androids. Big summit of the Great Tribes are held every six years. Now, however, the conference takes place four years earlier! It is necessary to face unexpected problems, establish new alliances and deal with the issue of electing the Great Tribe, which will rule planet Astaka for next period...
Several months passed and again we had a chance to enjoy this unique larp setted in the wild west. Again we heard the gunshots, the sound of hooves or sound of the piano in local bar. This time I could stay the whole time and it was really unique.
And it was so great that the third run I'm going to play !!!

The 3rd run of our unique LARP De la Bete has a couple of changes. One of them was a new workshop, during which players were photographed in poses that reflect their LARP characters.
Unfortunately, the last year of the great event to which we are all very pleased.
Again, I was able to travel abroad on a unique international course organized by "BEST" (Board of European Students of Technology). In this case, the course was held in Zagreb. It was a unique 10 days!!!
Larp organized by the same organizors like the larps "Last colony" or "Last caravan". But now they make a descision to change the setting of this larp. Mutants and zombies were changed in the aliens, which wants to conquere our planete Earth...
Small single-day battle LARP, which is traditionally held in Divoka Sarka and is set in the world of Star Wars. This was the fifth year of this event.
Smrtihlav is a one-day LARP battle that was situated in the ruins of the castle Orlik near city of Humpolec. The battle was inspired by the world of Warhemmer. The event was organized by a group Rosenthal, which has already completed several successful LARP projects, so all participans of this event know that they have to look forward to.
Wau, the time runs soo fast. This was the 9th year of this one-day LARP battle, which is organized by friends of mine.
I got a tip. I went today to play with a real four-month lioness! It was awesome and here I want to share with you at least for photos that I took. :-)

This was the third run, which I photographed and still believe that it is masterfully by one of the best larp, what we have here in the Czech Republic. Setting of the old bunker, great costumes, modern technology and the ever-present fear of the approaching end...
Literally luxury event! Airsoft battle with a great deal of RP, grenades, guns, homemade tank, the noise of explosions and helicopters... Army of Eastasia and Světostát clashed again - now on the Front line 39.
Another round of one-day battle that takes place in the Wild Sarka. This year was the usual battle complemented and enriched with several ideas which enchanted the game.
The third year of the very successful event, which was held in the White Carpathians in the village Žítková. The event was inspired by the cult computer game of the same name from 1993, where the Earth is under attack by Aliens.
After a long time this is the first LARP which is setted in wild West. And because it is a real wild West, so we all waited classic gunfights, Indians or whores. :-)
Absolutely unique larp, which took place in the castle Valeč. Game organizers were very well prepared and they deserve it for all the respect. Just a pity that I could be there only for a day.

LARP inspired by Japanese anime of the same name, in that confronts undead soldiers from World War II and Iscariot 13th legion of the Vatican's holy army. After many years, this was the larp, where I was as a player and it was awesome!

Another unique vintage LARP, which traditionally evaluates as one of the best LARP in the Czech Republic! This year, unfortunately, I could reach only one day. Still, it was worth it!!

This was the fifth year of fantasy battle inspired by the computer game Heroes of Might and Magic 5. I am glad that I had a chance to me there - it was worth it!

Finally another edition luxury event, which this year was held at the Curia Vítkov. The game conducted continuously over night and the following day. I'm looking forward to next year!!
The first year's "Night of universities" that freely accepts the idea of Museum Night and Night of churches. A fun and interesting way to present many things from different feilds of study to public. Part of this event was held at FCE CTU, so the members of Acamemic Senate helped with the organization of this event.
Known place Lenka's cottage, a good friends, four days, a little snow, friendly 2nd Christmas Eve, board games, DDRs, fun and sometimes really small amount of alcohol...
I would like to pay tribute to a place for the memory of a man I have great respect and who is a hero to me.

After more than a year in Wild Sarka was again held larp battle with a name that everyone shortens as ZKAPK (from czech name: Za krále a proti králi).
Picnic in the subway? It sounds like a crazy idea? Yes, only crazy ideas are what people from "Děsír" do. Why live in a boring stereotype, if we can make a change?

The traditional last weekend in May is held larp battle - the largest battle in the Czech Republic - The Battle of Five Armies!
Next year of very well known Zombie Walk is here! This year's number of participants reportedly exceeded the number 930. It has to be said that the rolling mass of hungry zombies was this year much bigger than last year...

Next year "dřevárenské battle with elements of the LARP", which was held in the arms of the pine forests near Czech Lipa. Inspiration world Warcraft perhaps needless to remind. The Saturday evening was also a fire show performed by a group Pyrrotera.
Odraz is conference about Czech LARP. This year, 4th annual, was organized by czech group MadFairy, but there were also participants from abroad. Big impression on me did the Norwegians with their many years of experience.
Kostaf is the international student conference. Student senators of six Civil engineering faculties from the Czech Republic and Slovakia - Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Bratislava, Žilina and Košice. In addition to addressing current topics and have time for a day trip, a sport and a bit of alcohol.

Very interesting urban steampunk LARP, which was held this weekend in Břevnov, Prague.
Other days spent in the place known as Lenka's cottage - this time to celebrate the new year. Among other things, we also did a half-day trip to the zoo in Dvur Kralove.
Battle of fields of Pellenor was announced as the event for experienced, which among other things included a quality costumes, duty metal helmets and harder style of fighting without complicated "life counting system".
We have successfully behind the third architectural trip, which was directed to Milan.

Next year of Gothic LARP that takes place in a world inspired by the computer game Gothic. This year, like the last one took place in a luxury location - right on Castle Točník!
Week long painting course in TelČ has been focused on architectural drawing and study. More than once we managed to unpleasantly cold and rain. but we are despite the bad weather drew a lot of nice drawings and paintings.
